In the year Lisbon is the European Capital of Entrepreneurship, the City Council is organizing the 4th Entrepreneurship Week in Lisbon.
They challenged the community that has been working to turn Lisbon into a startup city to submit proposals for initiatives or events to be held this week. The result is a big agenda with many entrepreneurship related events, taking place across the city.

The opening of the celebrations is today at 3pm in the Noble Hall of the City Council with a conference on the theme “How to put Lisbon on the Globalization Map” followed by the presentation of the UP Awards by your very own PortugalStartups.com.

About the UP Awards, more will come soon. So far, we can tell you that our ecosystem is growing and it deserves to be rewarded. So, we took the challenge of doing so.
