Startupbootcamp Berlin is coming to Lisbon on May 8th and is looking for startups innovating in the smart transportation and/or energy sector. They are particularly interested in companies working on Mobility & Connected Vehicles, Energy, Monitoring & Management, Big Data, Location Services, Signaling & Sensing and Logistics & Supply.

In partnership with Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Luso-Alemã, Startupbootcamp Berlin is organizing a small event where 10 startups will have the opportunity to pitch their idea to experienced mentors, gain feedback and network, as well as learn about Startupbootcamp’s top-notch accelerator program taking place in Berlin.

According to Guido Radel from the Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Luso-Alemã:

They [Startupbootcamp Berlin] come for the first time to Portugal to get to know teams from the area of smart transportation and energy. I’ve seen the quality of Portuguese startups and engineers and I know they are very open to accept ideas for improvement. I have no doubt the Startupbootcamp would be a truly valuable partner for Portuguese teams. All they have to do is to apply.

For Guido Radel, this is also a great opportunity to connect the Portuguese and German ecosystems. Startups, companies and investors can take advantage of the opportunities that both countries have to offer.

Startupbootcamp Berlin is the leading global startup accelerator with a focus on Smart Transportation & Energy – The Connected and Efficient Mobility of People and Goods. Over the years, they have worked with companies like Cisco, HERE, Castrol innoVentures, Bosch, EnBW, and Mercedes-Benz.
